The Melton Mowbray Heritage Society

Melton Mowbray Heritage Society is a community‑led organisation dedicated to celebrating, protecting and promoting the rich heritage of Melton Mowbray and its surrounding borough. The Society brings people together to share local history, preserve heritage assets, and raise awareness of the town’s built, cultural and waterway heritage. Through events, projects and education, the Society aims to make Melton’s heritage inclusive, engaging and accessible for all generations.
