This summer, Belvoir Castle invites families to follow the Belvoir Summer Safari — an adventure playground trail that turns a day out into a proper treasure hunt. Explorers set off from Explorer HQ, following clues through the playground and meeting characters like Dave, Pippa, Snowy, Stu, Percy, Gary, Lottie and Chester along the way, before the trail leads them to the Animal Park to meet the real thing.

The beauty of it is the freedom to roam — families can move between the Animal Park, Retail Village, gardens and adventure playground all day long, at their own pace. The Animal Park is included with every Castle and Gardens ticket, and upon completion of the trail, children can collect their free ice cream from Belvoir Farm Shop as their prize. Simple, physical, and the kind of day out that sticks in the memory long after the summer holidays end.
