Northfield Farm Stay

Stay on the farm and enjoy the countryside. We have 3 different retreats to choose from:

The Old Mill Retreat – for 2 people. The ultimate small-scale, self-contained, tiny romantic retreat. The Old Mill has been completely restored, exactly to its original design. Upstairs, a King Size ‘Bateau Lit’ shower room with loo and wash basin. Broad floor boards with rugs, two small windows and handmade wooden shutters.

The Shepherd’s Wing Rural Retreat – for up to 3 People. The Shepherd’s Wing Retreat is a self-contained, independent, first-floor apartment within the main farmhouse. Accessed via an external spiral staircase, its rooms command some of the finest views of the farm across the rolling hills of Rutland and Leicestershire.

The Old Stables Retreat – for up to 3 people. A quiet, romantic retreat on a small family-run working farm with rare & native breed cattle & sheep. It’s a fascinating place to learn about food & the countryside. And a great place to stay & explore one of England’s most lovely countryside areas.
