Eye Kettleby Lakes Holiday Park

Eye Kettleby Lakes is a family-run fishery which has been running alongside the farm for over 30 years. Located just on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray, set in 150 acres of rolling Leicestershire countryside. Our guests enjoy the tranquillity of the site with a variety of local activities nearby. Stay with us on our touring site, glamping pods, lodges or farmhouse.

The Lakes Tearoom & Bar

We have an onsite tearoom serving breakfast and lunches daily to guests on-site and day visitors. Relax on a winter's morning with breakfast in front of our log-burning fires. Book a table for our fabulous Sunday lunch (booking essential) or just pop by for coffee and cake served all day!

Touring Site

Our award-winning touring park has 130 pitches in total, split over two areas with 5* facilities. Relax, unwind and make the most of our tranquil rural setting whether that’s in your caravan, motorhome or campervan. The touring park is adults only and is open all year. Dog friendly too with two secure exercise areas on site!

Glamping Pods

Nestled in the woodland our 8 adult only glamping pods are perfect for a short break away. Sleeping two adults the pods are fully equipped with everything you will need, including a fire pit for toasting marshmallows! Four of our glamping pods are dog friendly with secure garden areas and lots of walking available from the site.

Luxury Lodges

Set across the Kingfisher lake, six of the lodges are sat next to the lakeside and the other six are facing the beautiful woodland. 12 lodges in total sleeping 2, 4 or one lodges which sleeps 6. All with private outdoor hot tubs and 4 with indoor saunas too! We accept a maximum of two dogs into our Willow, Sycamore & Maple Lodge.

Woodland View Farmhouse

Woodland View is a luxury family-friendly holiday home situated within a working farm in the heart of the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. This stunning property offers ultimate luxury with a private hot tub, an open fire, games room and beautiful decor enjoying panoramic views across farmland and fields from every angle. With an attractive gravel driveway, this beautiful house offers comfortable accommodation for families wanting to escape the rush of everyday life and relax in this idyllic rural area. Woodland View Farmhouse sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.)

Fishing at Eye Kettleby Lakes

We have a total of eight coarse fishing lakes on site, this includes 2 specimen carp Lakes, six mixed coarse fishing lakes and a private lake outside the lodges for lodge residents only. Fishing for non-residents is now members only.
