As part of a YHeritage funded project, during August 2021 a group of young people and their youth workers will be promoting a range of self-developed family activities and trails that have been inspired by Melton town’s historic phrase "Paint the town red". New Link Path for Melton Country Park

Melton Borough Council and its contractors will be constructing a new link path between the Melton Country Park and the Persimmon Housing Estate. The work is due to commence on Monday 12th July 2021 and is expected to last a maximum of 4 weeks, with the path being ready for use by Monday 9th August 2021.
