Buckminster Gliding Club at Saltby airfield are opening their doors on Saturday 6th June for local people of all ages to see what goes on at a flying club, and to find out about learning to fly.

Meet friendly and enthusiastic club members and learn all about our exciting sport and what makes gliding so special. Take a guided tour of our club facilities and our historic WW2 airfield home.

Friendly club atmosphere, offering access to affordable flight training and fun-packed experiences over the Vale of Belvoir.

Visitors who book in advance can take a ‘taster’ gliding lesson for the reduced price of £60.
